Father Help Me

This was written after having a conversation with a woman on a singles site. She was lamenting her problem of finding someone. After talking with her for a brief period of time, I realized that she had the bar set so high that I doubted if any mortal man could ever clear it to be given a chance to know her. Recognition within ourselves of our own deficiencies and then learning temperance in dealing with others helps us to become better people. Everyone has 10 virtues and 10 vices, we decide for ourselves if we can accept and live with what the other person has. They in turn are deciding for themselves if they can accept US for who we are.
ReplyDeleteI have come to know that until I am the person that honors God, myself and my commitments I can never find another who lifts me and fills the companion role for me. I am comfortable alone and love me but am open to a relationship, and this is an amazing place to be!
